On 31 Mar 90 at 4.00 am while I was travelling in a taxi along East Coast Park Highway towards Changi International Airport, I suddenly realized a huge flying saucer was anchoring above the sea off East Coast Park. I stared in disbelief. I could see the UFO clearly. I could see its bottom very clearly. It had a ring of numerous coloured lights with its centre of another coloured light. I quickly alerted the taxi driver, a male Chinese, and he too was shocked to see the UFO. Suddenly the UFO seemed to sense we were looking at it and it slowly withdrawn straight to the deep space in the sky. I could not see any windows in the UFO. What I saw was its huge disc-shaped body and its bottom with the coloured spot-lights.
This incident struck deeply in my memory and I simply cannot forget about it. Though I have seen other UFOs before, one which flewed in a zig-zap manner in the sky above the west of Singapore and one in an orange craft on top of a Malaysian mountain, this was the striking one. Looking by its huge size, it could easily cover the size of 5 or 6 football fields it were to land on the ground. I was then travelling in the taxi to catch a 6.00 am flight to Tokyo to attend a pilgrimage in a buddhist temple at the foot of Mount Fuji, Japan.
